What is ARMORY Sports Performance?

ASP is an elite strength and conditioning program focusing on improving injury resilience, maximizing an athlete's genetic potential, and character development. We design tailored training programs based on the individual athlete's assessment, injury history, and competitive schedule. Our program focuses on strength, power, speed, change of direction, and correctives while utilizing the latest in sports science technology to identify weaknesses and validate improvements.

Bridge the Gap

THE ARMORY Sports Performance Program serves the individual athlete by addressing the needs that are not addressed in the skills and strength training experienced at their school. Regardless of the quality of training an athlete receives at their school, between the time spent practicing their sport and completing the main initiatives of the school strength program, there simply is not enough time to train optimally given the parameters and demands of scholastic scheduling. Due to this dynamic, we bridge the gap by communicating with school coaches so that we can ensure each athlete’s program is tailored to their needs by assessing the areas of physical development that are not addressed due to the aforementioned time constraints of scholastic training.

Designed Different

ARMORY Sports Performance is a Division 1, professional sports performance program. It is not a group fitness class or a drop in and go training service. ASP is about developing the parent/athlete and coach relationship while also programming and progressing your athlete individually while in a group environment.  Each athlete is individually evaluated and assessed to determine the best fit for their development and success.
