Sarah earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Elon University and bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University.
Sarah is Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Sarah is certified in orthopedic manual therapy, dry needling level 1 & 2, Graston Technique, and running rehabilitation.

Physical Therapy will no longer be included in SHIELD
As we continue to give you the best quality care, Physical Therapy will no longer be included in SHIELD. SHIELD members will have access to Physical Therapy with 50% off PT services. In an effort to still meet everyone’s needs physically, we want to show you what else we have to offer here at THE ARMORY.
Frequently Asked Questions
During the initial evaluation, patients will be examined and provided treatment including hands on interventions, as well as therapeutic exercises.

Additional treatment will be determined by the therapist at the initial evaluation based on patients’ needs.

Cancellation & No Show Policy
Our Cancellation & No Show Policy is an effort to continue to provide the highest quality care and to reach the most patients possible.

If we do not receive at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling, a $75 fee will be applied to your account.
