The Normatec Line hosts a series of air compression sleeves for your legs, hips, arms and shoulders to help with lymphatic drainage to decrease pain and soreness after performing strenuous physical activities. Normatec sleeves utilize dynamic air compression to speed up recovery from activity, rejuvenate muscles and increase circulation to allow you to recover faster while maintaining your range of motion.

Hyperice X
Hyperice X is a line of contrast therapy sleeves to use on your shoulder and/or knee. Controlled from a mobile device, they automatically alternate between hot and cold temperatures or maintain consistent temperatures to increase comfort and effectiveness. Contrast therapy can be used to reduce inflammation, accelerate healing, relieve pain, and increase range of motion.

All Hyperice recovery tools are located at the front desk of THE ARMORY. Anyone with a SHIELD membership can use the Hyperice devices. There are reclining massage chairs for members to sit in while using the Hyperice Recovery Suite.
