Progressing in Strength

The focus of Progressing in Strength is to provide an effective and adaptable resistance training program to our attendees. Regardless of your past experience with exercise, current level of fitness, or injury history, Dean will be able to make the day's workout suitable for you, so that you can make gains despite the obstacles you may face. Conversely, those who are advanced in their training experience will also be able to see great benefits as progressions and more advanced techniques can be programmed for you. If you are looking to build on your training ability and current fitness levels, or simply to learn the basic fundamentals of resistance training, see improvements in your physique, confidence and overall mood, Progressions in Strength will give you exactly what you're looking for and more. Strength Foundations

Strength Foundations is tailored to increase functional strength, mobility, stability, and endurance. In this class you will learn how to move with proper form and technique performing exercises that are going to help you avoid injury. This class also involves power moves to help blood flow throughout the heart and lunges while building muscular power. All levels are welcomed and encouraged to participate in this class and all exercises can be easily modified to your fitness level. Our goal is to have you feeling confident, resilient, and stronger everyday!
Functional Strength

Functional Strength is a class based on functional movements that combine weight training, cardio intervals, and body weight exercises. The class focuses on learning proper form while improving your overall strength and conditioning health. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned lifter, the group class offers a varied workout with an encouraging, inclusive atmosphere. All movements can be modified for a given need or skill level, so everyone can get the most out of their complete workout.
BreathFlex

BreathFlex is designed to enhance the breath-body connection, improve mobility and overall help individuals reach their fitness goals via traditional Yoga and breath work practices. Hannah Ball is a professional yoga teacher who has trained with David Swenson and Sharath Jois in the traditional style of Ashtanga Yoga. Hannah continues to train with the lineage holders and is dedicated to integrating the Science of Yoga with tradition and preserving the sacred mind body connection.

Group Fitness is a great way to meet other gym members, be motivated by certified trainers and peers, receive direction to exercise, and become a part of a great training community. Classes are held in our Group Fitness Room, which is directly next to our main Weight Room, and is designed specifically for these classes. Expect to be motivated, educated, guided, and to have a great workout.
