Classes are held every Wednesday starting January 8th through the end of March from 6:00-a.m. to 7 a.m. in the Group Fitness Room. Classes are run by Tyler Watling.

Fairway Fitness

Fairway Fitness is a 12-week offseason golf program designed to assess and improve the body’s stability, mobility, strength and power and gain an understanding how these physical capabilities attribute to a golfers performance on course. The goal of this class is to develop knowledge of the “Body-Swing Connection”, including common swing faults and how to prevent or correct these through targeted exercises and drills. Throughout the 12 weeks of the Fairway Fitness program, golfers can look to gain improve their overall performance, reduce injury risk and enjoy the game more fully.
